Latham House, formerly called Daimler House, was originally a car showroom built in 1911 for A. Gilbey Latham. The façade is Edwardian Baroque. Altered in 1991.
Queen's Chambers has the façade of Queen's College on Paradise Street in Birmingham. The college dated to 1843, but the frontage from 1904. The rear demolished in the 1970s.
